Why this strategy is needed
Our Diocese faces rapid changes in Mass attendance, fewer priests, shifting demographics, and growing pressure on buildings and finances. These realities demand courageous decisions and significant change — strengthening our Mission, renewing our structures, and planning sustainably for generations to come. We recognise many signs of hope but hope alone is not enough. True hope is Christ, and as a people of hope we are invited to walk forward letting that hope take flesh in our choices, this is a moment to act with faith, clarity, and courage.
